Dr. Garland is board-certified and specializes in LenSxCustom Laser and No-shot, No-Stitch, microincision cataract surgery, as well as Oculoplastic surgery, both cosmetic and reconstructive surgery.

David “Ben” Enfield, M.D.

Dr. David “Ben” Enfield is a comprehensive ophthalmologist trained to treat the full spectrum of eye diseases, with an emphasis on eye surgery.

Anthony L. Aker, O.D.

Dr. Aker specializes in eye care for children and teens, adult routine eye exams, contact lenses, and treatment of eye diseases.

Amber Anderson, O.D., FAAO

Dr. Amber Anderson is a licensed Doctor of Optometry with extensive experience in primary eye care and ocular disease research and treatment.

David J. Edinger, O.D.

Dr. Edinger specializes in difficult contact lens fittings, ocular disorders, eye diseases, and low vision. He is a member of the Bay County Optometric Society, Florida Optometric Association, and American OptometricAssociation.

Steven MacDonald, O.D.

Dr. MacDonald’s specialties include diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, primary family eye care, and contact lenses.

Alex I. Moussa, O.D.

Dr. Moussa joined the Eye Center in 2020 and specializes in family eye care for children, teens and adults, contact lens fittings, specialty contact lenses and the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases.
