Accepted Health Plans

At the Eye Center of North Florida, patient care is our top priority. With rising health care costs, we strive to eliminate financial barriers that could keep you from the quality eye care you need and deserve. We offer many financing options including acceptance of credit cards, individualized payment plans, and Care Credit. For those who have insurance, including vision and/or medical, we participate with a number of insurance carriers and will file services on your behalf.  

Despite the fact that you may not carry vision insurance, certain medical conditions that affect vision are covered under most traditional medical insurance plans.

This list can and does, change from time to time.

We encourage all patients, new and existing, to check with their insurance carrier for physician participation prior to making an appointment. This can help avoid frustration at the time of appointment. Not all Eye Center of North Florida doctors participate with the same insurance companies. Simply call our office AT (850) 784-3937, and one of our team members will be happy to verify your doctor’s participation status.
